Rangamati, the Hilly district of Chittagong

A view on Ranagamati lake. Rangamati is a hilly district of Chittagong, Bangladesh. The largest natural lake on hills of the country is here. In spite of the democratic system of the country Rangamati is ruled by the Chakma Raja, though the people here has the rite to vote and Chakma Raja is the elected Member of Parliament of the country. Mainly three tribes are residing in Rangamati. They are Mogh, Chakma and Murma. Rangamati hence is a nice place to visit.
